As a Corps Member, one of the most valuable resources was having regular meetings with your coaches and mentors to help you grow your teaching skills. As an Alumni serving in a leadership role, you now have the opportunity to receive support to help you grow your impact and influence in your school and community.
Participants in the Alumni Leadership Accelerator receive:

Monthly one-on-one coaching with a certified leadership coach.

Access to leadership training opportunities exclusively designed for program participants

Quarterly networking sessions with peers in leadership roles across the region.
Why should you join?

Flexibility - You schedule coaching sessions around your schedule.

Focused - You determine the focus area for the leadership coaching. Unlike some work based coaching, you are not being evaluated or mandated. The focus is on you!

Cost - Typical leadership coaching can cost anywhere from $100-$500+ per coaching session! This program is free to all TFA alumni in the Nashville-Chattanooga region.
